1. Overview

VibecoderSupply is a marketplace connecting developers who create starter kits (sellers) with developers who need them (buyers). By using this platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Accounts found to be violating these terms may be suspended or terminated.

3. Purchases & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• A 20% platform fee is applied to each sale
• Digital products are delivered via secure download links valid for 30 days with a maximum of 5 downloads per order

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must ensure their products are original work or properly licensed. All submitted kits undergo a review process before being published. Sellers are responsible for providing reasonable support for their products.

5. Buyer Rights

Purchased kits include a license for personal and commercial use unless otherwise stated by the seller. Redistribution or resale of purchased kits is prohibited.

6. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact the seller first for any issues. If unresolved, our support team can mediate.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their starter kits. VibecoderSupply is granted a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the kits on the platform. Buyers receive a license to use purchased kits per the seller's terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

VibecoderSupply is provided "as is". We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of purchased starter kits, including but not limited to bugs, security vulnerabilities, or compatibility issues.
